Senator Holland, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Education Committee Substitute offered on page 490.                                                             
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 36(EDC) was                                                                           
adopted.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
President Micciche stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 36(EDC) will                                                                   
advance to third reading on the April 7 calendar.
